A transparent base rate, a defined service level, and a written proposal before you book.
Rates are per yacht, in US dollars. The base charter fee is not an all-inclusive total. Your written proposal confirms the itinerary, permitted guest count, staffing, fuel, applicable taxes, gratuity terms and any additional services before booking.

Four-hour minimum for standard day charters. Memorial, overnight and holiday packages have separate terms. Football charters are custom-quoted special events with an eight-hour minimum and a captain plus at least two crew members. Published standard hourly and day-charter package rates do not apply to football charters. Please inquire for a personalized game-day proposal.

This is the base charter fee, not a total price. The final quote will identify the guest-service duration, positioning time, inclusions, extras, taxes and gratuity terms.
Exclusive use of Surfrider for the agreed cruise, captain services, and one chief stewardess for groups of up to four. Captain services are included even when a substitute captain is used. Larger groups add hospitality staff as outlined below.
Hospitality duties and covered working hours are confirmed in your written proposal. Required crew and the permitted guest count are confirmed for each charter.
For 5–8 guests: one additional stewardess, $300 per day. For 9–12 guests: two additional stewardesses at $300 each per day ($600 total per day). A dedicated water-activity deckhand adds $300 per day when required and available.
These are per-person, per-charter-day staff charges, not hourly rates. Any other additional crew, steward or service staffing is quoted per day in your proposal. Duties, covered working hours and any extended service are agreed before booking; required staffing and the permitted guest count are confirmed for your charter.
Fuel, food and beverages, catering or chef/bartender services, additional activity support, boarding or moorage charges, repositioning, applicable taxes and gratuities are itemized separately. Fuel charges and gratuity arrangements are confirmed in your written proposal.
Your written proposal gives a clear estimated total, identifies any costs settled after the trip, and explains cancellation, payment, overtime and gratuity terms before you commit.
$1,500 per hour, in 30-minute increments ($750), subject to customer agreement, captain approval, crew availability and scheduling. Fuel and other service charges are agreed separately.
$4,000 for a three-hour private memorial charter, including local fuel for the agreed itinerary, with a lean crew and no recreational activities. Your written proposal confirms the crew, local itinerary, applicable taxes, gratuities and other arrangements before booking.
Worked example, not a quote: six hours at $1,500 plus two additional stewardesses at $300 each for one charter day ($600 in daily staff charges) = $9,600 before fuel and all other additions. This example is not an all-inclusive package; guest numbers and required crew are confirmed for each charter.
